Where can I even start with this office, and this provider! My family (two daughters, husband, me) have been coming to Natomas Dental for about 10 years now. I have several autoimmune diseases that unfortunately affect my dental health in a major way. Dr Patel has been patient and caring with me for many years. I was terrified of the dentist when i first started seeing her and treatments were challenging because of my fears. It has been her patience that has made me forget all my fears of the dentist! Recently she had me approved for a "deep cleaning" . It was pricey even with my insurance, but necessary and I knew that. She recommended a special laser treatment after, which wasn't covered by insurance and although not crazy priced, it was still a little expensive but not terrible , and I needed to think about it. After some research I decided to go ahead with laser in the right side treatment (figured I could always back out on the other if I didn't notice anything different/better. ) It was the best decision I made. My once inflamed and painful gums, teeth, mouth -seem perfectly healed on that side! I am so happy with result that it prompted me to write this review lol -which was long overdue from me anyways being that this office is one of the most organized, clean, and professional, yet friendly environments I've ever been to for dental care. I called in to pay my balance prior to my appt and was also given a ten percent discount. Dr Patel is very kind, and caring because she has done that a lot for me over the years, she's even waived copays for kids right in front of me, sjust a really awesome person. I highly recommend this office, and the laser treatment of that is recommended to you, I urge you to do it because it could be the difference between teeth, and dentures . Thank you so much FB for everything Dr. Patel- and also Stephanie for all her hard work and efforts with everything she does, she's like the blood of that office!
I wanted to give an update. Today I had my first cleaning since my deep cleaning with additional laser treatment. I am so happy with my results still. I had stage 3 gum disease probably really close to stage 4 and with the help of Dr Patel and her amazing team I feel like my gum disease has essentially been reversed. My once super painful and inflamed gums are gone. I've attached pics from today's visit. I've down the deep cleaning 3 times with minimal success, but doing the laser treatment with it made all the difference. I really wish I would've done it sooner. If you have gum issues and she is recommending the laser I urged you to please do it.the upkeep is so much cheaper now that my gums are healthy again! It's been 4 months since the laser was done.

Dr patel and her staff run the most warm and caring dental office ive ever been to in sacramento. I took my father to every dr i could find a few years ago because he stopped eating and they all said he needed a g-tube. He had lost a lot of weight and was deathly ill. One last visit to the dentist b4 i let the put in the g-tub. So i took him to my dentist office NATOMAS DENTAL. And she found the problem immediately (abcess) due to bad dentures from elsewhere. Needless to say with there care my dad is doing great no g-tub and at a healthy weight again. Thank you again Natomas dental (Dr patel and staff)

Dr. Patel is currently treating me for multiple years for missed dental visits. I used to have a fear of going to the dentist. After tooth aches and extreme pain while eating, drinking, chewing, etc. I decided it was time to check it out.
After walking through the doors, I was immediately greeted by warm and welcoming receptionists, which instantly made my nerves settle down.
The experience so far has been great. Dr. Patel keeps me informed about my procedures, and has a helpful before and after that patients can reference back to to visualize the process.

Dr Patel is fantastic! I've had great service so far fixing a few cavities and doing some deep cleaning. My teeth look fantastic afterwards, people asked me if I've bleached them. Very happy with the staff and service. They even take digital pictures for you to see what they are fixing and the difference from before and after. Great reminder system and they help you figure out the best financial way to get your care.
